The Commerce Township Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting the M-5K again this year.  The start line will be in the parking lot of On The Dunes (2055 Haggerty Rd Commerce Township) and take runners along the Michigan Airline Trail, crossing over M-5 via the pedestrian bridge and down the M-5 Metro Trail before crossing the finish line back at On The Dunes.  This event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 9th at 9AM with a warmup stretch led by the team from Plymouth Physical Therapy.  All proceeds from this event will go towards trail way improvements, maintenance and further development in accordance with the trail way master plan.
