Each summer Little League International holds a series of "World Series" events starting at Majors (12u). You will see the Little League World Series played in Williamsport, PA on ESPN. There is also Intermediate (50/70) held in California, Junior held in Taylor, Michigan, and Senior held in South Carolina. Little League World Series

Commerce Little League is part of District 4 in the State of Michigan. Michigan Little League

Earlier each summer District 4 holds a tournament of all eligible Little Leagues in its boundaries (up to 16 total). Each League is able to enter teams of an All-Star nature to compete in this tournament. These players must meet eligibility requirements (age, residency or school within league boundaries, registration, and minimum play in house division). These teams are formed in a tryout for each league in an effort to play their their best players against the best players from other leagues. This double elimination tournament determines the District Champion. District Champions receive pins/medals, and the team earns a District Banner.

District 4 holds tournaments at 7/8, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, and 14u.

District Champions get the opportunity to move on to a State Tournament at 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, and 14u. This State Tournament location rotates and has each of the 16 different Districts within Michigan playing to determine a State Champion.

Starting at Majors (12u), teams are able to move on to Regionals. Michigan is one of 6 teams in the Great Lakes Region.

The winner of the Great Lakes Region would move on to the World Series.

It all starts right here, at the local, community based level. There is no other road to Williamsport Pennsylvania, Irvine California, Taylor Michigan, or Easley South Carolina.
